Hello people; For me this is an excellent idea, I would like to keep in touch through this blog, unfortunately at the moment I still don’t know if next year I will be in the British council because, as I wrote some time ago in this blog, next year I intent to do a master degree in technologic innovation and entrepreneurship, but at the moment I’m still waiting the decision of my company to support the cost of this course. So if my company has a positive decision I will have to pause for 2 years my learning English in the British council. Paul, do you know if it’s possible to freeze my inscription in the British council for two years and when I decide to start again my learning in English I can do it without to start at a lower level? Great, Aldora, Joana and Rita! It might be a bit difficult to correct your English over the summer as I have no internet connection at home. It's a long story but I've been waiting for PT to install an ADSL for months and months - sometimes they arrive at my place with the wrong parts and say they can't do it today, other times they don't turn up at all when I've been waiting hours for them :( Ahhhhhh! Anyway I will try and contribute from time to time from friends' houses and, if I have time, correct your English. Who knows, maybe I'll be your teacher next year?
Rosa and Paulo, it's a shame you're not continuing next year! Paulo, I think the fact that you have already got to this level will be taken into account but keep practising your English just in case they decide to give you an entrance test again!
You are a very patient, waiting for months for ADSL installation, nowadays is very difficult to find this kind of people, if this had happened with me I would have chosen another operator, if you accept my suggestion, to avoid this kind of confusion why don’t you try a wireless connection, like for example Kanguru access that you can find in Optimus telecommunication shop, and it consist of USB Pen that allow wireless connection through GSM or UMTS network (2G/3G), the only thing that you need is a good 3G/UMTS Coverage inside your house/apartment. In the link http://www.kanguru.pt/de+o+salto you can find lot of information related with this product, but all the information is in Portuguese, you have different option with monthly fees between 22€ and 44€
